Il privè nato per far da palcoscenico ai veri attori protagonisti: Voi.

Possiamo dire con orgoglio di essere uno dei privè più belli d’Italia.

Lo siamo perché siamo nati “ascoltando” le esigenze delle coppie e dei singoli.

Abbandonate le solite ville e scantinati riadattati è nato infatti un privè completamente da zero: elegante, raffinato, moderno, completamente pensato, progettato e realizzato per diventare “IL” privè dove poter mettere in pratica le proprie fantasie trasgressive .

La nostra filosofia? Un privè deve essere l’ambiente, il substrato che favorisce , stimola e crea quelle opportunità di trasgressione che le fantasie di coppia “disegnano” e deve essere adatto a realizzare quelle più “soft” come quelle più “hard”.

Un privè deve essere usato, vissuto appieno dai soci e gli ambienti devono quindi essere disegnati per stimolare quella magica alchimia, quella chimica che fa scoccare la scintilla della trasgressione e della fantasia realizzata.

Ecco allora 1000 metri quadri coperti su 3 piani e oltre 600 di area esterna attrezzata, piscina con zona relax ed un enorme parcheggio di oltre 1000 metri quadri interno e tutto a soli 7 km dal raccordo in una zona assolutamente discreta e riservata.

Ben 12 bagni eleganti e moderni, un’enorme, bellissima e suggestiva sala coppie , 3 stanze “glory hole”, un labirinto ricco di angoli, postazioni, piccole stanze, che stimolino la fantasia e facilitino l’incontro sia di chi ama il gioco magari fatto solo di sguardi sia di chi ama trasgredire in modo più profondo. .

Gabbie, cancelletti, tende , giochi di luce che favoriscono il “lasciarsi andare”.

All’ultimo piano una zona privè composta da 6 stanze diverse l’una dall’altra.

L’intero complesso completamente climatizzato, sanificato e smoke free ( una bella sala fumatori è a disposizione di chi fuma) .

Un bar di livello con baristi professionisti che possa offrire la possibilità di socializzare davanti ad un cocktail ed ascoltando musica dal vivo, una discoteca ampia, elegante e dotata di impianti luci ed audio all’avanguardia.

Due sale ristorante,una interna ed una esterna con veranda a bordo tevere, con oltre 200 coperti per chi desidera iniziare la serata degustando le nostre specialità.

We can proudly say that we are one of the most beautiful privè in Italy.

We are because we were born "listening" to the needs of couples and individuals.

Abandoned the usual villas and converted cellars, in fact, a private house was born completely from scratch: elegant, refined, modern, completely thought out, designed and created to become "IL" where to put your transgressive fantasies into practice.
